Gaining some clarity–cards!

Until recently I never would have defined myself as “a writer,” but hey! Here we are! And what a beautiful place to be. Thoughts, they pour from my fingers, eager to create, and inspire. I am endlessly grateful for the early days of my blog, the journey it started me on, and the final product: A creative outlet that feeds my soul. Curtains drawn, closing another day. A corkscrew of thoughts: Unwinding. Crimson swirls of Cabernet. Tastebuds they wake, are tickled: Tantalizing. Ambitions high, a book of words to say. Worst Case Scenario.

All signs pointed to disastrous: The Worst Case Scenario. The night was rough. I was awake at all hours of the night, thanks to my teething 11 month old, and then we decided that 4am was the perfect time to get up–ok, he decided, but no. Just no.
