Going on eighteen months now of this nonsense now. Isolation, restrictions, uncertainty… We’re all exhausted. Our mental health is suffering. I’m not even sure I see an end in sight anymore–do you? It’s been a struggle. We’ve all battled our own inner demons throughout this pandemic, and it’s really starting to show. Everyday I hear about or witness more and more unspeakable ugliness. I’ve never considered myself to be a writer; Just an average person who writes in her personal blog from time to time. Sometimes I wonder if anyone other than just a couple friends or family members take the time to read. It doesn’t matter though, I write in my blog because it brings me joy. 2020. Yup… It was a year in which no one could have predicted. It was an unexpected seagull crap on the head kinda year; Like looking both ways before crossing the street, and then getting hit by an airplane.
